Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change of mind after delivery.
Each request outside the ACL will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. 6.2 Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your product is faulty, damaged, please contact us within 7 days after delivery at: layeraustralia@outlook.com.au.
We will assess your claim in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law
and may offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
You will be required to provide proof of purchase and photographs of the issue.
We comply with Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
